I think the Hoosiers win by 20+
Just a better team who is due for a big performance from their outside shooters

I know many posters/gamblers don't like teasers as much as I do... But this game screams for it...
Cleveland +17.5 and under 50 is a very easy handle to pull... The line has moved 3 points and I love home underdogs on prime time. Baltimore has had two games where ejections should have taken place (Philly, NE) with the real refs coming back, expect them to take some of the raw emotion and mold it into frustrations. That should keep their offense in neutral most of the game...Cleveland will rely on Brandon Wheeden and the worst wr's in football to move Bernard Pollard back and out the box to let Trent Richardson open up, that gives me some doubt about their ability to move the ball consistently. Those two factors sold me on the under and the game being close...17.5 points is a huge number, do I need to expand? CLEVELAND+17.5. UNDER 50 (-110) CLEVELAND +17.5 open teaser (play it with another game over the weekend)

Seattle +3.5 -120
open teaser under 53 Seattle stops the run, gets to the QB... Could be a problem for GB to get the ball rolling, love the under. Home dog in prime time

Washington has zero defense, but Stanford is a ground and pound offense...
Home dog on prime time... That's my rule. Tease it with the under

Injuries, Travel on a Short Week, Prime-Time Home Crowd.... I'm taking Carolina FYI...No Bradshaw, Diehl, Nicks and more for the Giants... Hard to depend on Andre Brown and Ruben Randle...let alone the second or third left tackle protecting Eli (relative statue)... The NFC South has constant turnover at the top of the division and while Atlanta is still the class of the division...Carolina is closing the gap.
PANTHERS -2.5 (Also playing Teaser of Car +3.5 / Over 45) |

Michigan hasn't lost big to OSU since 2009. Rivalry game and a big spread has me loving the wolverines

Indiana has been struggling in the big ten, but they can score and that is a huge advantage in this matchup. 11 is a big number, but Iowa has been really bad at times this season.
I'm taking Indiana in a small play and may opt to keep it as an open 4 pt teaser or play it with the Miami heat today

Baltimore's secondary and special teams will be without Ledarious Webb, which will help San Diego as they are never shy in putting 3 receivers on the field and their special teams coverage units are still a weakness, but Webb's absence will minimize the potential for big returns/short fields. San Diego has a patchwork offensive line and Cody, Ngata and Suggs will have good matchups in one on one sets. However if they try to blitz Rivers, Gates could be used outside the hash marks forcing larger voids in the secondary and open passing windows for Rivers. All that being said, this should be a fairly even matchup... If you have to play/chase tonight...My suggestion would be to tease the number up to SD +7.5... Close the teaser with the under tomorrow night and walk into bowl season with more bank or less debt |

Ohio State will win this game but not by 23... It's as easy of a pick as you will find on the board. OSU has not seen a spread offense this year, they lack the edge rushers to get around the corner quick enough to disrupt Chappell who will be throwing from the Pistol formation...IU doesn't pretend to run the ball and that will force OSU to stop the pass, which they may not be able to do. For those of you who haven't seen Tandon Doss play, he may be the best WR in the big ten and the midwest (including Floyd @ ND)... Indiana will move the ball and they will do a decent enough job forcing pryor to beat them in the air...which has been a struggle for Pryor in the past. I haven't seen much heart out of Pryor and don't expect him to show up today. Last week he faked an injury to get out of the game for a series...Indiana has no pass rush, but they know that too...expect them to shut down the run of the buckeyes and let Pryor become impatient and try to break the pocket where he will make the big play himself or make the big mistake... 35 - 21 Bucks win, but Hoosiers cover easily.... |
