It has been a very long last four days of stuff that I don't want coming out of my body at random times, coming out of places that I don't want them coming out of. For that reason I haven't made a single bet the last four days, and I can't wait to get back in. seeing that I have a 66.6% winnign percentage, I wish my units won was a little higher than they are, but I am 1-3 on my big bets, and 11-3 on everything else, so thatll do it to you. I think my big bets is going to eventually turn around, and thats when I really am going to start to profit. Also, I am going to start ending all my posts with one upset of the day, and track those bets as well. Anyway, Here.....We......Go...
Last Time I bet (4 days ago): 2-2; -1.50 Units Year to date: 12-6; +5.00 Units Toronto/Det: Under 8 (2.5 Units). Both teams are averaging a smidge over 3.5 runs a game, and both teams have show to be very inconsistant the first week of the year. I really love Morrow as a pitcher, and he doesn't get lit up to often. Sanchez is a good pitcher in his own right, and seeing that this is also a early game, and in a spacious park, I can see something like a 4-2 final. Dodgers (-140) vs Padres (1 Unit). I really don't like laying that much juice, and everyone can look back and see when I pick a game that has one team laying alot of juice, I almost always take the RL instead. However, I like to slip in a game every now and then that I really love, regardless of the juice (unless its something like -220). The Dodgers are playing really good ball right now, and the Padres are well.....not. The Padres cannot hit the broad side of a barn right now scoring only 14 runs the first 6 games, and spacious PETCO park isn't gonna help that. Cincinnati (even) vs St. Louis. Cinci is the better team, playing better ball, with the better pitcher on the mound. Don't get me wrong, I do like lynn somewhat, but he looked horrible in Arizona, and all the kept talking about was how he needed to relearn how to wind-up because of all the weight he loss, and until he does, he is going to be very hittable. Meanwhile steady eddy Bronson Arroyo is gonna keep the reds in most games he pitches. Upset of the Day White Sox (+145) vs Nationals (1.00 Unit) Follow at you own choice. |

Damn me living on the east coast, and having the west coast games screw me over while I sleep. Dodgers really blew many great chances, including the bases loaded for your best hitter twice in the first four innings, once with no outs, and manage only 1 run. O weel, crap happens. Lets keep the chains moving. Here......We......Go...... Yesterday W-L: 4-2 YTD W-L: 10-4 Units Won/Loss Yesterday: +2.50 YTD Units Won/Loss: +6.50
Pirates RL vs Cubs (2.5 units) The moneyline lines for 5 dimes isn't up yet, but I have to imaging its no worse then (-120). After a lackluster first game, the pirates played a much cleaner game on wednesday. The 3-0 win doesn't look great, but they really did play a clean dominating game, and I think they will do it again this afternoon. Reds (-120) vs Angles (1 Unit). Reds could of very easily won the first two games, they look like the better team, and have the better pitcher on the moud today. Nationals RL (????) vs Marlins (1 Unit). Marlins are completely overmatched in this series, and may get shut out again by Zimmerman. Meanwhile the bats have been kind of quiet the last few days, they wake up today. Red Sox (+105) vs Yankees (1 Unit). Staying on the Yankees are a crap team bandwaggon until they do something, anything, to prove me wrong. Beside the fact that the Yankees suck, Red Sox look like a different team this year, and thats a good thing. Thats all for now, once again, follow at your own choice. |

Another wining day, its a shame that the TB bullpen exploded, because I don't feel like I was completely wrong about my under pick. Anywhoooooo time to keep the chains moving, Here... We.. Gooo........
Yesterday: 3-1; + .50 units YTD: 6-2; + 4.00 Units Rangers RL (-120) (2.5 Units) Despite the opening day win, this Houston Astro team leaves alot to be desired. Rangers came out flat the first 14 innings of the season, and I think they carry YU's near perfect game over to today and puts the beatdown on the Stros once again. Nationals RL (-120) (1 Unit) Red Sox ML (+108) (1Unit) Cardinals ML (+102) (1 Unit) Dodgers RL (+175) (2 Units) Timmy has given me no reason to believe that he isn't bullpen fodder nowadays. I see him getting lit up again Dodger/Giants OVER 6.5 (-125) (1 Unit) That's all for now.... Follow at your own choice. |

After a fairly successful day yesterday, I am feeling more comfortable with a trend that I have noticed about baseball (I am not talking about this year, I am well aware that the season just "started" yesterday). One good day doesn't make me earn respect around here, but I am hoping to keep rolling. Here.... We.... Go....
Yesterday: 3-1; +3.50 Units YTD: 3-1; +3.50 Units Tampa Bay/Baltimore Under 7 (2.5 Units). Price is a monster, Hammel is underrated, and it seems like hitting is a little off judging by yesterdays result(s). Texas Rangers RL (1 Unit) St. Louis (1 Unit) SF Giants (1 Unit) GL Today, and follow at your own choice. |

I don't get on here and post picks all that often, and when I do, my results are meh. I know for a fact I do have a better winning percentage then what my results on here may show, and I do have confidence in my ability to handicap games. What all that is saying is don't blindly tail me, and then blame me for your loss, because quite frankly I am trying something new to my "system" whatever that means, and its opening day, so crazy things happens sometimes. *Note* I hardly ever go past 1 unit regularly in baseball, but I will always TRY to have 1 game that I love the most to do just that. Anyway, here......we.........go!!!
YTD (0-0) Units (0.00) Red Sox (2.5 Units) Mets (1 Unit) Royals (1 Unit) Tigers RL (1 Unit) Thats all for now, might be back for the late games |

Hey people, some of you may (or may not) recognize me as one of the jerkoff people that come on here and guranteed crazy results. I did that last years baseball season, and to noones surprise I fell flat on my face. Thing is, I it wasent completely unwarranted though, as I have spent a vast majority of my life (sadly) watching, and focusing on baseball. I am going to win more then I lose, I HOPE its 70% more, but no guranteed.
YTD: 0-0 (+/- 0 units) Braves (-110) over Mets (3 Units) I don't usually stray away from 1-2 unit plays, but ever since I saw this matchup I fell in love with the braves for this game. Not only do they have the better pitcher going, but living in New York I heard on the Yanks/Mets broadcast that the mets were all pissy about having to play yesterday, then play at 1 today. A dysfunctional start to a dysfunctional team. Blue Jays (-125) over indians (1.5 units) Here is a matchup where I think one team has the advantage in all parts of the game. Masterson isnt a complete jerkoff, but I believe Romero is on a mission this year. Marlins (+135) over Reds (1 Unit) Just a feeling that everyone's favorite team all of a sudden doesnt start 0-2. The reds as everyone knows use to be a staple for opening day, and now this game is a bit in the backstage. I am not as much a believer as alot of people in the reds, and Buherle is still a good enough low ball.pitcher to keep the ball in the park enough for OUR marlins to get into the win collumn. |

Wow, talk about 50/50 so far. That's how it goes though when you are betting on games with large point spreads either way. I don't expect to have alot of followers right now, nor should I, I wouldn't tail someone that was (at this point) a coin flip on capping games so far. I know im going to turn this average performance around, and I hope people are following when I do it. Ok thats my pre-picks rant for this post, so LEGGO:
Syracuse Vs Providence: UNDER (139.5) I love the under in this position, this is a perfect look ahead game on Syracuse's part with Marquette coming to the dome on Saturday. Providence has (for the most part) played Syracuse tough lately, and they are a tad bit better than those team have been. This is still only Syracuse's third true road game, and Providence is only allowing 59.3 points a game at home and while it wasen't against teams with Syracuse's talent level, I do believe the Dunkin Donuts Center brings alot out of this Providence team. With all that being said, I do expect Syracuse to win the game, and win by double digits. This is the best Syracuse defense I have saw in a very long time, but I just dont have confidence in laying money on the -13 line because I believe the final score will be right around there. In that case I look at the previous game for each team. Rutgers had a classic letdown in South Florida, and are even more motivated to get back in the W column in front of the home crowd (WV loss on the road their last game as well) My prediction: Rutgers 70-65 My prediction: Syracuse wins: 72-62 Rutgers +3 vs West Virginia Lets stick to the Big East shall we. There are two big things that sticks out when I look at this game. 1) West Virginia is awful on the road (outscored on average 72-55 their two true road games) and 2) The RAC is a verrrrrrry tough to play as Florida just found out a couple games ago. I love playing the look ahead card in the big east, because more often than not it comes to fruition. However in this position it doesn't come into play with both teams playing top 10 teams at home in their next game (Rutgers vs Uconn, WV vs Georgetown). |
