I had Minn -3.5 2nd half. I'm physically sick.

Is this evident to the naked eye or just internal sabatoging if you answer yes? Thanks. I feel like I can answer this pretty well as a lifelong 49ers fan. 1) No, as sad as this may be, Kap is the best QB on the team. Gabbert is just straight up garbage. Ponder you could argue that he is a slightly better Gabbert. 2) Nope, absolutely zero signs that Kap's protest has anything to do with their play. The problem is an extreme lack of talent and that stems directly from Jed York/Trent Baalke continually wasting draft picks on defensive players that don't pan out, completely ignoring skill players on offense. Instead you're stuck with Jeremy Kerley as their best pass catcher, a guy they picked off the street a week before the season starting. Once Bowman got hurt, the run defense completely fell apart. The problem is the head of the organization, until that changes, this will be a bottom feeding franchise.

I've learned to throw all stats out the window when it comes to the Giants in the postseason.
I'm also pretty confident that nobody on the Cubs rotation will throw like Syndergaard threw yesterday, that was a top 5 dominating performance I've seen all year.

Yeah, it's like if you were given 20:1 odds to correctly pick a number from 1-10. Are you going to win? Probably not, but your expected value is very positive and you should take that bet every time.

So you have like a 5-10% chance of getting absolutely destroyed, all for that nickel.

Hard to imagine him not being done for the series if he is injured enough to miss these last two games. Sucks, he was really starting to play well.

It's baseball, so pretty much any playoff team.

Hertl is out for game 3 for the Sharks, he's been their best forward in the series.

Do you have another streaming service to compare performance to like Netflix?

Utterly ridiculous, the Mets wouldn't use their ace to drill Utley on purpose anyways.

If you take Tampa today for $2000 and they close it out, you net -$200 ($2400 - $2600).
If Tampa loses today, and then you take Tampa in game 7 for $1000, if Tampa wins game 7 you net -$2800 ($1800 - $2000 - $2600). If Tampa loses game 7 you net -$1000 ($2000 - $2000 - $1000). There is never really a good situation when you try to hedge out of a bet that has already moved against you.

Thanks Lippsman, love these threads.
The lines have been completely disrespecting the Lightning, but this is also because the Penguins are the public's and NHL's darlings.
