An AFC South rivalry is on tap on Sunday Night Football as the Houston Texans host the Indianapolis Colts.
We talk to sportsbooks about the action coming in on the Sunday Night Football matchup and where oddsmakers see the line closing come kickoff:
Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans (+2, 43)
Case Keenum makes his second-straight start for the slumping Houston Texans.
Keenum played quite well in his NFL debut against the Kansas City Chiefs. The QB went 15-of-25 for 271 yards, one touchdown and no picks against one of the top defenses in the league. Also on the plus side, the Texans covered their first spread of the season as they were 7-point road dogs and lost 17-16 at Arrowhead.
The Texans opened as 1.5-point home faves but that was quickly erased as within hours, Sharps grabbed the Colts as dogs.
"Last Sunday opened Houston -1.5 and less than two hours after open, got sharp bet on Indy so moved to pick ‘em," Mike Perry, an oddsmaker with Sportsbook.ag tells Covers. "We got a Sharp play later Sunday on Colts at pick, so moved to Indy -2, where line has remained for pretty much all week."
Perry went on to confirm that 70 percent of money has come in on the road team.
