With the NBA and NHL seasons wrapped up, it’s time for bettors to start surveying futures ahead of the upcoming college football season.

With that in mind, here are the latest odds from WestGate Las Vegas Superbook to win the 2017 Heisman Trophy as the most outstanding player in college football. And if you aren’t a quarterback the odds are certainly not in your favour. 

USC quarterback Sam Darnold is the current favourite at 5/1, defending Heisman Trophy winner Louisville’s Lamar Jackson and Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield round out the top three at 8/1. Followed closely by Ohio State signal caller J.T. Barrett (10/1), Florida State Deondre Francois (12/1), Washington Huskies’ Jake Browning (15/1).

Penn State Nittany Lions running back Saquon Barkley and Alabama Crimson Tide running back Bo Scarbrough are the top non-quarterbacks on the list at 20/1.
