Furyk leads, Tiger fades at TOUR Championship

Jim Furyk fired a 6-under 64 on Friday to take the lead after the second round of the TOUR Championship and become the favorite at East Lake Golf Club.

Furyk is now set as a 7/2 favorite after having 30/1 odds after the first round to capture the final tournament of the season.

Tiger Woods, who was a 7/4 fave after the first round, fell six strokes off the pace after shooting a 3-over 73 and now has 15/1 odds heading into play Saturday.

Rory McIlroy remains in contention after firing a 2-under 68 in the second round and is now listed as 5/1 to prevail in Atlanta. He’s four strokes back of Furyk.
